This Privacy Policy explains how the current version of the MoltoLingo language-learning application handles user and device data.

1. Developer information

MoltoLingo is operated by SEPANDARAND KIAN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, Romania.

2. Data we collect

The current version of MoltoLingo does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal or sensitive user data for transmission to MoltoLingo servers.

The app currently does not use advertising, third-party analytics, behavioural tracking, or subscription/payment processing.

3. Learning and practice data

Vocabulary content and practice information, including practice progress, are stored locally on the user's device. MoltoLingo does not currently upload this learning data to a MoltoLingo account, cloud database, or server.

4. Speech and pronunciation

MoltoLingo uses the device's text-to-speech functionality to pronounce vocabulary. MoltoLingo does not record the user's voice and does not send microphone recordings to MoltoLingo servers.

Text-to-speech may be provided by the device operating system or the text-to-speech provider selected on the device. Such providers may process text according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Sharing of data

Because the current version of MoltoLingo does not collect personal or sensitive user data on MoltoLingo servers, MoltoLingo does not sell or share such data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

6. Data security

MoltoLingo is designed so that current learning and practice data remains on the user's device. Since the current version does not transmit personal or sensitive user data to MoltoLingo servers, MoltoLingo does not maintain a remote database of such data.

Users should protect access to their device using the security features provided by their operating system.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored MoltoLingo data remains on the device until it is removed through the device's app-storage controls or the app is uninstalled.

Because the current version does not create user accounts or store personal user data on MoltoLingo servers, there is currently no server-side account or personal-data record for MoltoLingo to delete.

8. Children's privacy

MoltoLingo is not specifically directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children in the current version.

9. Third-party platforms

The app is distributed through third-party app stores and runs on third-party operating systems. Those platforms may process information independently under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy describes data handling by MoltoLingo itself.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MoltoLingo develops or adds features such as accounts, cloud synchronization, analytics, or payments. When the policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
